Lubomira brings many years of experience leading and growing companies. As a member of the executive management of various SMEs, she knows the challenges of everyday business first-hand - from administration and finance to digitalization and supporting startups in their early stages.
At visibus, she guides companies through the implementation of digital solutions and makes sure new systems don't just work technically, but deliver lasting value in day-to-day business.

Fabian Schmid
Fabian brings 20 years of experience in IT consulting and project work. As a business information systems specialist with further training in automation, artificial intelligence and social media, he knows what's technically possible - and how to put it to good use.
At visibus, he leads the technical implementation of digital solutions: from automating internal processes to building digital infrastructure and integrating modern AI tools.

From 2017 to today
What began as IT consulting and fiduciary services became a specialized AI consultancy for SMEs in the DACH region.
2017 - Founding
TimePride GmbH
Founded as TimePride GmbH - a consultancy focused on IT consulting and fiduciary services for SMEs.
Evolution
Startup support and IT services
The focus broadened: startup support and coaching from Lubomira, plus social media, web development and IT infrastructure for founders and young companies.
January 2024 - visibus GmbH
Renaming and AI focus
Renamed to visibus GmbH with a sharpened focus: secure AI use and automation solutions for SMEs in the DACH region - today with visibus Chat as our own platform.

What's in the name
visibus - visible Business
When we renamed the company from TimePride GmbH to visibus GmbH in January 2024, it was first about visibility in the market: startups, online marketing, web presence.
Today the same word stands for something else - and we're convinced it fits better than ever: making AI and automation in companies visible and controllable.
Shadow AI, uncontrolled costs, undocumented processes - the invisible third of a company is often the riskiest part today. Our job: to bring it into the light.

We don't tie ourselves to a single AI provider. Our customers use all the leading models and switch whenever requirements or offerings change.
Privacy by default
Hosting in Switzerland or Germany, the privacy filter on by default, no model training on customer data. Not an expensive add-on - the baseline.

We know the reality between 'too small for enterprise' and 'too big for off-the-shelf tools.' Our solutions are tailored to it - organizationally and technically.
Honest advice
Not every customer needs the same solution. If ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro is enough for you, we'll say so. We only sell what actually delivers value.
